What to bring:

• Warm and waterproof clothing.

• Sleeping bag & mat if you can (normally we have spares)

• Torch

• Environmentally friendly toiletries i.e. toothpaste and soap. Ladies please bring a mooncup/ organic biodegradable tampons/ pads if possible.

• A camera can be very useful

What not to bring:

• Please leave your canine friends at home unless absolutely necessary; there are a lot of sheep in the area and farmers will not tolerate loose dogs
